Rental Policies

Check-In Time: After 3:00 PM || Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM

  • A thirty percent (30%) deposit is required to secure reservations. Deposit must be paid when reservation is made.

  • Damage deposit of $250.00 is required upon check in.

  • If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your stay you will be refunded your deposit, minus a $100 cancellation fee.

  • No reservation will be shortened after arrival.

  • Please note we are not responsible for weather conditions or unexpected health issues.

  • Arrangements for late arrivals (after 7:00 PM) must be made in advance and before 3:30 PM on arrival date.

  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover for payments.

  • Sorry, no pets, trailers, or campers allowed.

  • Our cottages, townhouses, pools, and recreation areas are smoke-free.

  • New reservations are subject to a $30 resort fee.
